Alectra Gas is committed to delivering your LP gas cylinders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pretoria. This policy outlines our delivery areas, fees, hours, and procedures so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major suburbs across Pretoria, including but not limited to:

• Wonderboom, Karenpark & Akasia
• Montana, Sinoville & Doornpoort
• Lynnwood, Menlo Park & Hatfield
• Centurion & Lyttelton
• Soshanguve, Ga-Rankuwa & Mabopane
• Atteridgeville & Daspoort
• Silverton, Mamelodi & Pretoria East
• Midrand (selected areas)

If your suburb is not listed above, please call us on 074 512 4065 before placing your order to confirm we can deliver to your address.

2. Delivery Fee

We charge a flat delivery fee of R50 per order to any qualifying Pretoria address. This fee applies regardless of the number of cylinders or the cylinder sizes ordered in a single delivery. There are no hidden charges or fuel surcharges.

3. Delivery Hours

Alectra Gas delivers during the following hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Sunday: Closed
• South African public holidays: Closed

Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays. If you require gas urgently before a public holiday, please plan ahead and place your order at least one business day in advance.

4. Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off

Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) on a business day qualify for same-day delivery, subject to driver availability and order volumes. Orders placed after 13:00 will typically be delivered the following business day.

For urgent after-cut-off requests, please call us directly on 074 512 4065. We will do our best to accommodate you within our available capacity.

5. Delivery Procedure

All Alectra Gas deliveries follow a standard safety procedure:

1. Our driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to confirm your address and availability.
2. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the delivery address to accept the cylinder and sign off on the delivery.
3. Our trained driver will conduct a quick safety inspection of your gas connection, regulator, and hose at no extra charge. If a safety concern is identified, we will advise you before completing the exchange.
4. You hand over your empty or depleted cylinder of the same size in exchange for the full cylinder delivered (cylinder exchange service).
5. Payment is collected at the point of delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFT.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

While we strive to deliver within the promised window, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

• High order volumes during peak periods (winter months and weekends)
• Traffic and road conditions in Pretoria
• Adverse weather conditions

Alectra Gas is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant delays to you as early as possible.

7. Cylinder Sizes We Deliver

We deliver the following LP gas cylinder sizes:

• 9kg LP Gas Cylinder — R295
• 19kg LP Gas Cylinder — R620
• 48kg LP Gas Cylinder — R1,550

All prices are for cylinder exchange (empty for full). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed on our website at the time of order placement is the price that applies.
